to Las Vegas, Nevada for five
days. We stayed at the Luxor
Hotel at the lower end of the
strip. While at the Luxor, we
took advantage of the many
activities and the pool. We
attended the Celine Dion show
at Ceaser's Palace, Mama Mia
at the Mandalay Bay, but the
Highlight of our trip was taking
the Dream Catcher Tour operated
by Maverick Helicopter Tours.
We went to the Bellagio for their
Buffet Dinner and spent many
hours in the Casino playing the Slot Machines. We did better than we expected.....We actually came
out ahead.
While George attended some
CAT Scan classes, Lorrie took
advantage of the pool and rented
a Cabana each day. The Cabana
was stocked with fresh fruits,
Cold drinks, alot of shade and a Television. Joe and James, the
pool guys took good care of our
every need.
and the sun was intense, but
there was no humidity. When
the sun got to much, it was either
to the pool or inside of the Cabana
for a cold drink.
